Outside our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee window, you may return unopened items for a full refund less shipping costs in their original condition and packaging within 30-Days from the date you made your initial purchase. If 30-Days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Items cannot be restocked or resold due to the nature of the products being sold. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in the original packaging you received it.
We do not take any responsibility if you choose the incorrect product, or use an incorrect shipping address, no refunds/exchanges will be given because of this. Once your order is placed in our system it cannot be changed due to the high volume of orders being processed. So before purchasing, please reconfirm that you have chosen the correct product, added the correct shipping address, etc.… prior to checking out. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
